Artist's Description
In the Danish Museum of Design in Copenhagen there is showcased all sorts of lighting fixtures that are cut, white poly pieces and layered for light effect.Some are quite geometric, others, like the one this art is based from was a blossoming organic beauty.
In my travels, I tend to focus on shapes and shadows and love to photograph them, then mimic in paint, pastels, and photo manipulation.
This light fixture hung, actually 'upside down' from this finished piece....
